Every cat deserves the good life.

Help us end the cat overpopulation crisis for good.

We’re tackling the problem at the root.

Flatbush Cats is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to prevent overcrowded shelters and reduce the outdoor cat population in Brooklyn.

We built Flatbush Vet — a new high-volume spay/neuter clinic serving low-income cat owners and rescue/TNR volunteers across Brooklyn. With 7,500+ surgeries a year, we’re addressing the root cause of cat overpopulation, not just the symptoms.

Listen to our podcast.

Underfoot is a new podcast about the hidden cat crisis in NYC and what we can do to solve it. In this podcast, we go beyond rescue stories to reveal the systems that created this problem in the first place, and ask the question: What would it take to build a city where no cat is left behind?
